We totally understand that it can be hard to know if the product you are purchasing is going to be perfect for you.
We are happy to refund FULL PRICE items that are paid for on credit card directly. We do not refund any postage paid.
Payments made with Paypal, Zip or Afterpay are eligible for a store credit only.
SALE ITEMS are eligible for store credit only. Sale items include products purchased with a sale code and automatic discounts applied at checkout. Please note any sale code must be applied at time of purchase and cannot be applied/refunded after transaction is processed.
FINAL SALE ITEMS are clearance styles that cannot be returned or exchanged (unless the product is deemed faulty).
Items purchased using our welcome code are not considered sale items.
Your item must be received as per our policy below:
We will accept returns items for return up to 14 days from the day of delivery for Australian customers and 30 days from the day of delivery for international customers. (Please note that when the parcel is being delivered to a parcel locker or PO Box it is from the day of delivery - even if you don't collect immediately).
Any goods which have been worn, are soiled in any way, have any odours including deodorant, perfume, washing powder, make up or marks or do not have the return tag still attached will not be accepted for return under any circumstances. Please be very careful when trying items on.
For health and hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on face masks or earrings.
EXCHANGES - We do not do direct exchanges but do offer a store credit to repurchase the new size/colour.
If you wish to return any unworn/fully tagged items to us:
Please send the item back to the following address ensuring it will arrive to us within the eligible timeframe - 14 days for Australian orders and 21 days for International orders.
You do not need to contact us but you do need to include the original order number with your return. Returns will be processed 2-8 working days after receipt.

Australian Consumer Law/Faulty Returns:
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, minnie + MAXXIE is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you make a wrong selection, need a different size, don't like the fit or change your mind. The only items we refund are full priced items paid directly on credit card. We do issue a gift card/store credit for all other forms of payment and sale items.
If there is a major fault with the style you've purchased, we will offer to repair or replace it where available. If we cannot repair or replace the style, we will offer an online credit note or refund. All claims for faulty styles are assessed on an individual basis, and the outcome of a refund is at minnie + MAXXIE's discretion. If a refund is deemed necessary, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order (eg credit card, PayPal, AfterPay or store credit). If you have used a combination of online credit note and card/PayPal/AfterPay, then your credit note will be re-issued and your payment refunded.
