FULL PRICED ITEMS
If you are not completely happy with any full priced minnie + MAXXIE purchase, we will happily issue a REFUND for items purchased through a credit/debit card or Paypal.
Items purchased through Afterpay or Zippay will be eligible for a store credit only.
The item must be returned within 10 days of receipt. This is from the day the parcel is delivered including the day it is delivered to a parcel locker or post office box.
Items accepted for late return (with pre authorisation via email) will only be eligible for a store credit less a $10 restocking fee.

Styles marked as 'SALE' and promotions using a discount code (excluding new subscriber discount) are eligible for gift card/store credit only with exception of FINAL SALE ITEMS.

Your item must be received as per our policy below:
We will accept returns items for return up to 10 days from the day of delivery for Australian customers and 21 days from the day of delivery for international customers. (Please note that when the parcel is being delivered to a parcel locker or P O Box it is from the day of delivery - even if you don't collect immediately).
Any goods which have been worn, are soiled in any way, have any odours including deodorant, perfume, washing powder, make up or marks or do not have the return tag still attached will not be accepted for return under any circumstances. Please be very careful when trying items on. Items must be returned in the original packaging and condition.
Please return items in the manner they arrive, buttoned up and folded as they are sent.
EXCHANGES - We do not do direct exchanges but do offer a store credit or refund so you can repurchase the new size/colour.

You do not need to contact us but you do need to include the original order number with your return. Returns will be processed 3-10 working days after receipt.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW AND FAULTY RETURNS:
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, minnie + MAXXIE is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you make a wrong selection, need a different size, don't like the fit or change your mind.
If there is a major fault with the style you've purchased, we will offer to repair or replace it where available. If we cannot repair or replace the style, we will offer an online credit note or refund. All claims for faulty styles are assessed on an individual basis, and the outcome of a refund is at minnie + MAXXIE's discretion. If a refund is deemed necessary, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order (eg credit card, PayPal, AfterPay or store credit). If you have used a combination of online credit note and card/PayPal/AfterPay, then your credit note will be re-issued and your payment refunded.
