Please Note: We process your order super fast so we are not able to make changes or cancel an order once it is received into our warehouse.

During our peak sale periods, please anticipate possible delays in order dispatch due to increased demand. While we strive for timely dispatch, there may be a delay of up to 5 days during this time. We appreciate your understanding.

We are super keen to get your parcel to you so we send any orders that we receive by 1pm the same day. Any orders received after 1pm will leave the next morning.

minnie + MAXXIE will send your package using Australia Post. We will provide you with an Australia Post tracking number when we confirm your order has been processed.  You can track your parcel at www.australiapost.com.au

If you do not receive your parcel within 5 days for Express Shipping and 10 days for standard shipping please contact us at store@minnieandmaxxie.com.au
All parcels are sent requiring a signature on delivery, so please use an address that you are likely to be able to receive the parcel between 9am and 5pm. Please note, once a parcel leaves our warehouse, we are no longer liable for that parcel being lost or damaged in transit.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE  - ANY IMPORT TAXES/CUSTOM DUTIES OR OTHER TAXES ARE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER IN YOUR OWN COUNTRY.  IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT YOUR PARCEL THE COST OF THE RETURN SHIPPING AND ANY TAXES CHARGED WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.

NEW ZEALAND
We love our Kiwi cousins. When shipping to New Zealand we send all parcels via Express Post. 
  • EXPRESS shipping for orders under $150 is $22
  • FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING over $150
  • We also can send via DHL for very fast delivery at the cost of $34.
  • We will send you the tracking number when your parcel is dispatched.  You can track your parcel at  www.austpost.com.au or via www.dhl.com  If your parcel is not traceable or not delivered please contact us on sales@minnieandmaxxie.com.au and we will hunt it down for you.
  • We are not liable for the GST or taxes for orders to New Zealand

  • Express Courier via DHL $50 AUD (about $25 USD) - very quick service.  Around 5 days to the USA.
  • Express Shipping - $30 AUD via Australia Post (5-10 DAYS) for orders under $200
  • Free Shipping with Australia Post for orders over AUD $200
