Inspired by the deep blues of the Aegean Sea, the Ayla Midi Dress is crafted from a cotton mix and is adorned with hand drawn flowers. The removable waist tie allows for versatile styling - tie in a bow, leave loose, or knot in an obi-inspired tie at the back for a polished finish.

Our size and fit team measure all items individually to help you find the perfect fit.  Please allow 1-2 cm variance.

It may be helpful to compare these product measurements to a similar garment you already own. To do this, place the garment on a flat surface and take all measurements from the outside. We measure garments with the buttons fastened.

We process your order super fast so we are not able to make changes or cancel an order once it is received into our warehouse.

During our peak sale periods and public holidays, please anticipate possible delays in order dispatch due to increased demand. 

Shipping estimates for delivery are updated more accurately by the shipping provider once the items are in there possession.

We are super keen to get your parcel to you so we send any orders that we receive by 1pm the same day. Any orders received after 1pm will leave the next morning.

minnie + MAXXIE will send your package using Australia Post. We will provide you with an Australia Post tracking number when we confirm your order has been processed.  You can track your parcel at www.australiapost.com.au

Please note, once a parcel leaves our warehouse, we are no longer liable for that parcel being lost or damaged in transit.

    These terms and conditions are strictly enforced to ensure fairness and clarity for all customers

    Thank you for shopping with minnie + MAXXIE. We want you to love what you buy from us, and this policy explains how returns, refunds and store credits work.

    By placing an order on our website, you agree to the conditions set out below. These terms are applied consistently to all customers and are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

    1. Return windows

    Eligible items must be returned to our warehouse within the following timeframes, calculated from the date your parcel is delivered to you, your PO Box or your postal locker:

    • Australian orders: within 14 days of delivery
    • International orders: within 21 days of delivery

    We recommend trying items on as soon as they arrive so you have plenty of time to return anything that isn't right. Returns received outside these windows will not be accepted.

    2. What you can return and how you'll be refunded

    Full priced items

    • Paid by credit card on our website: eligible for a refund to the original card.
    • Paid via PayPal, Afterpay or Zip Pay: eligible for a store credit.

    Sale items

    Items marked SALE, items reduced by an automatic discount at checkout (including the 12% Birthday Discount, Black Friday and Boxing Day promotions), and items purchased with a discount code are eligible for a gift card or store credit only. The 10% new subscriber discount is the one exception and does not affect your eligibility for a refund on full priced items.

    Final sale items

    Items marked FINAL SALE are clearance styles. They are not eligible for return, exchange, refund or store credit unless deemed faulty by minnie + MAXXIE.

    Accessories

    For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on accessories, including earrings, necklaces, bags and clutches.

     

    3. Condition of returned items

    To be accepted, returned items must be:

    • In their original, unworn, unaltered and unwashed condition
    • Returned with all original tags still attached
    • Free from make-up, fake tan, deodorant, perfume and any other odours or marks

    Items returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

    4. Exchanges

    Please contact us at store@minnieandmaxxie.com.au if you would to exchange a product.

    5. International returns

    If duties and taxes were prepaid by minnie + MAXXIE on your international order, any refund issued will be reduced by the amount of duties and taxes that were paid on your behalf. Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges, customs fees or local taxes incurred when sending the parcel back to Australia.

    6. Faulty items

    Every order is quality-checked before it is dispatched. Please inspect your parcel as soon as it arrives and contact us straight away if you believe an item is faulty. Faulty items must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and before the item is worn or used.

    Please note that slight colour variation between the photographs on our website and the item you receive can occur depending on your screen settings, and is not considered a fault. All product photographs are of the original item and are subject to copyright.

    7. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

    In line with the Australian Consumer Law, minnie + MAXXIE is not required to provide a refund or exchange where you have made a wrong selection, need a different size, do not like the fit, or have changed your mind.

    If a style you have purchased has a major fault, we will offer to repair or replace it where possible. If we are unable to repair or replace the item, we will offer a store credit or refund. All claims for faulty items are assessed individually and the outcome is at minnie + MAXXIE's discretion.

    Where a refund is provided, it will be processed back to the original payment method used for the order (for example credit card, PayPal, Afterpay or store credit). If you used a combination of store credit and another payment method, the store credit portion will be re-issued and the remaining amount refunded to your original payment method.

    8. How to return your order

    You do not need to contact us before sending your eligible item(s) back. To organise your return:

    1. Check that your item meets the eligibility and condition requirements above.
    2. Include your packing slip (or a copy of your order confirmation) inside the parcel.
    3. Post the parcel to the address below using a tracked service. We strongly recommend tracking, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.

    Return shipping is at the customer's expense. minnie + MAXXIE does not cover the cost of return postage.

    9. Processing your return

    Returns are processed within 3 to 10 business days of being received at our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been processed. Please allow additional time for refunds to appear in your account, as bank and payment provider processing times vary.
