BLACK FRIDAY SALE POLICY
During this heavily discounted sale period, full priced items not already marked SALE or FINAL SALE in the product name will be eligible for return for a STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items already marked SALE or FINAL SALE WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
Not quite right and need to organise a return? See below for everything you need to know. You will be able to return any FULL PRICED ITEM for a refund or store credit (less any shipping paid), subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your parcel for Australian customers and 21 days for international customers.
- Items paid by credit card directly will be eligible for a refund. Due to the high fees on payments made through Paypal, Afterpay and Zippay, we will issue a STORE CREDIT that does not expire for orders made with these payment types. The day the item is delivered to you (or your PO Box or postal locker) is the day of receipt. The day the item is delivered back to our PO Box must be within the above time frames.
- We suggest that all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the timeframe.
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached, void of any make up, fake tan or odours / scents.
- At this stage we are unable to accept returns to our warehouse - please ensure they are sent to our PO Box.
- minnie + MAXXIE does not cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend you use a service with tracking when returning your item/s.
SALE AND FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked SALE or FINAL SALE in the product name are clearance styles and not eligible for return or exchange. No credit or refund is given except if the item is deemed faulty by minnie + MAXXIE.
ACCESSORIES
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on accessories (including earrings, necklaces, bags and clutches).
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges as we cannot hold stock, but do offer a store credit or refund so you can repurchase the new size/colour.
LATE RETURNS
Items not received to our Post Office Box within 14 days of delivery for Australia customers and 21 days for international customers will not be accepted.

FAULTY ITEMS
If there is a major fault with the style you've purchased, we will offer to repair or replace it where available. If we cannot repair or replace the style, we will offer an online credit note or refund. All claims for faulty styles are assessed on an individual basis, and the outcome of a refund is at minnie + MAXXIE's discretion. If a refund is deemed necessary, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order (eg credit card, PayPal, AfterPay or store credit). If you have used a combination of online credit note and card/PayPal/AfterPay, then your credit note will be re-issued and your payment refunded.
minnie + MAXXIE does not cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend you use a service with tracking when returning your item/s.
PLEASE NOTE
Colour variance can occur depending on the settings on your screen or phone and this is not considered a fault.
You do not need to contact us prior to returning your eligible item/s. Please include your name and order number in the parcel and post to our below address. We process returns within
3-10 business days of receipt. All returns are inspected carefully and processed once this check is completed. Items with missing buttons, belts or marked will not be processed. You will receive an email when your return is processed.
