FULL PRICED ITEMS
If you are not completely happy with any full priced minnie + MAXXIE purchase we will issue a refund for orders paid via credit card only. Due to the high fees on payments made through Paypal, Afterpay and Zippay we will issue a STORE CREDIT that does not expire for orders made with these payment types.
Australian based orders must be received to our PO Box strictly within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or store credit. The delivery date for orders to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers is the day the parcel is delivered, not the day it is collected.
We are unable to accept returns to our warehouse - please ensure they are sent to our PO Box.
International orders must be received within 21 days of delivery.
SALE ITEMS
Styles marked as 'SALE', automatic discounts at checkout (including Winter Flash Sale, Black Friday and Boxing Day sale) and sales/promotions using a discount code are eligible for a gift card/store credit as long as they are not marked final sale.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked FINAL SALE are clearance styles and not eligible for return or exchange. No credit or refund is given except if the item is deemed faulty by minnie + MAXXIE.
ACCESSORIES
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on accessories (including earrings, necklaces, bags and clutches).
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges as we cannot hold stock, but do offer a store credit or refund so you can repurchase the new size/colour.
RETURNING AN ORDER
Eligible item/s must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery (this includes the date it was delivered to a PO Box/Parcel locker - even if you don't collect it immediately). International orders must be received within 21 days of delivery.
minnie + MAXXIE does not cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend you use a service with tracking when returning your item/s.
Item/s must be received in their original condition - unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached. Any goods which have been worn, are soiled in any way, have any odours including perfume, washing powder, make-up or marks will not be accepted for return.
You do not need to contact us prior to returning your eligible item/s. Please include your name and order number in the parcel and post to our below address. We process returns within 3-5 business days of receipt. You will receive an email when your return is processed and details of your store credit.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW AND FAULTY RETURNS
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, minnie + MAXXIE is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you make a wrong selection, need a different size, don't like the fit or change your mind. Colour variation is not considered a fault.
If there is a major fault with the style you've purchased, we will offer to repair or replace it where available. If we cannot repair or replace the style, we will offer an online credit note or refund. All claims for faulty styles are assessed on an individual basis, and the outcome of a refund is at minnie + MAXXIE's discretion. If a refund is deemed necessary, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order (eg credit card, PayPal, AfterPay or store credit). If you have used a combination of online credit note and card/PayPal/AfterPay, then your credit note will be re-issued and your payment refunded.
